1. Do you love to swim? The Dartmouth Crusaders Swim Club is welcoming new members! The Crusaders cordially invite Swimmers ages 6 and over and Level 5 or above to work with their coaches March 18th-22nd from 5-6:30 at the Zatzman Sportsplex (110 Wyse Road, Dartmouth). 2. It’s the 2019 Polar Plunge! This Saturday, get to Grande Parade at noon to watch a very dedicated group of Law Enforcement Officers are Freezin’ for a Reason! Their mandate is to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics in Nova Scotia, Nationally and Internationally. Learn more about the global movement of the LETR and see how partnering with Special Olympics has impacted officers both near and far.

3. Discover your own SUPERPOWER at Chapters Dartmouth this Sunday from 12-3! Take in arts and crafts, games and power-house books. At the end of the event everyone will have their very own superpower!
4. Head to the Discovery Centre this week for March Break activities! Enjoy a live science show, take off in a flight simulator, become starstruck in their Immersive Dome Theatre, and check out the new bilingual exhibit “The Science of Ripley’s Believe It or Not!”®. Don’t forget to purchase or renew your Discovery Centre Membership before March 25th to be automatically entered to WIN a Date with a Sloth! Just three visits and a family membership pays for itself.
