1. Keep those kids ACTIVE, Halifax parents! Sportball Canada is hosting a complimentary 60 minute Sportball class for kids ages 3-5! It’s all about having fun, making friends, and mastering important fundamental sports skills! This Coach & Child class takes place this Friday 10 – 11 at the Gordon R. Snow Community Centre. 2. It’s Family Movie Night at the Alderney Landing Theatre worth phoning home about! Enjoy family time at the Reel Family Movie Night, Friday night, starts at 7. The feature this month is the classic, ET! Tickets are FREE and everyone is welcome!
3. Have you been to an Open Gym event yet? It’s a great chance for kids and parents to enjoy some active time together. Families with preschool and elementary kids are invited to drop into the Open Gym Day at the Halifax Birch Cove Baptist Church this Saturday 10:30-noon.
4. Your family is cordially invited to Chapters Dartmouth for A Royal Afternoon! There will be storytime, crafts, games and lots of fun! Everyone is welcome to meet their favourite royals from books, movies, and games! Best of all, this is FREE! Thank you, Indigo Kids! PS: this is not a drop off event, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
