It’s time for March Break and there is a lot on the go in the city this week!

Get your green on and start March Break with the St Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday!

Each day of the break will have a theme on Ross Farm, from St Patrick’s day to easter to spring birds. As always there will be lots of hands on activities for everyone to enjoy and crafts throughout the day.

Dive into the world of dinosaurs and more on the Break at the Discovery Centre! It’s the ultimate out-of-school experience so come discover the fascinating world of dinosaur poop, how to study dinosaur bones, preserve fossils and more!

The Maritime Museum of the Atlantic invites you to explore the mysteries of the sea this March Break in 20,000 Leagues Under the Museum! Learn about shipwrecks, diving, stories of the seven seas and more!

Ninjas take over the Museum of Natural History as Little Ray’s Reptile Zoo unveil Nature’s Ninjas: Defenses of the Animal Kingdom. This exhibit will feature amazing live animals including Squirrel Monkeys.

Head to the Shubenacadie Wildlife Park over the break to learn about wetlands, birds of prey, otters and more! Every day is a different theme!

Chapters has different spring break activities all week like making plush puppies, designing your own superhero mask, minifigures swaps and more!

Spend March Break at the public library across the city for great activities and events all week! Craft tables, movies, bubble art, visits from Hope for Wildlife visits, the reptile zoo visits, mad science, supernova science the wilderbeats and more!
