3. Open Farm Day is a province wide event! This Sunday, September 15, participating Nova Scotia farmers will open their doors to members of their community, giving you a backstage pass to meet your farmer, and really see where your food comes from! A great family opportunity to check out the farms, ask questions, share stories and have fun!
4. Word on the Street is that WORD ON THE STREET Festival is this Saturday at the Halifax City Public Library! It’s a ‘literary theme park’ of activities including readings, discussions, workshops, books and more books!
