2. Take a break from the holiday rush, and step back in time at Victorian Christmas at the Citadel! Watch the children light up with joy when they see Father Christmas. Take in the performances of local choirs, bands, and dance groups. Kids can enjoy Victorian games and visit the craft room to create a souvenir. Adventure back in time Noon-4 on Saturday and Sunday and come bearing a food donation to get in Free!
3. The Annual Spryfield Santa Claus Parade is a very special community event meant to bring ‘Christmas Smiles’ to the young and young at heart. The Spryfield Santa Claus Parade is the longest running Santa Claus Parade east of Montreal! The parade begins at Punch Bowl Drive at 2. Donations for the local food bank are greatly appreciated and will be collected along the parade route. This traditional Christmas event is organized by local volunteers and everyone is invited to come out and enjoy this festive afternoon!
4. Finally, Christmas in the country—A Christmas Market at the Barn. You can’t get more country than that! Take a spin out to Hubbards and check out this renowned market. It’s a great place to mingle and meet other families, talk to farmers and artisans and buy their wares.
